Work Experience at The Cavalier Centre.

This week we welcomed Amelia from William Brookes School, Much Wenlock as she completed her work experience. Amelia, a Year 11 student has been a real asset to the centre, working exceptionally hard to clean tack, grooming and preparing the horses for sessions.

She has also attended meetings and worked on a stall at a mental health wellbeing day, learning about the complete business and operations side of the Cavalier Centre and the Riding for the Disabled.

Amelia’s family have kindly donated a rocking horse to the centre, which is pictured. The centre aims to provide a relaxing environment for families and the new rocking centre will be thoroughly enjoyed by younger members who are a little too young to get into the saddle!

Amelia kindly said ‘It has been an amazing experience for me to see how hard all of you work and how much joy you bring to many people.’

Thank you, Amelia, for all your hard work this week and we look forward to welcoming you in the summer holidays.
