Horses are a powerful way of inspiring young people to make valuable connections, engage with others and improve their wellbeing.
Changing Lives Through Horses at the Cavalier Centre is a tailored programme of practical horse-related and indoor learning activities, with riding (subject to suitability and availability of horses). The programme aims to empower and improve the lives of those not in education, employment or training.
Custom-designed to meet individual’s needs, the regular half-day sessions are delivered by qualified and experienced BHS Accredited Professional Coaches and participants can receive certification from the British Horse Society.
The programme is offered to groups of between four and eight people (aged 5 to 25), during term-time only and costs from £60 per person, per session (sessions must be booked in six session blocks).
